Artists visited NAME | Art Space

During the initial months, various artists visited NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam to share ideas and discuss for future projects like art shows, studio visits lectures, discussions and workshops.

NAME | Art Space's Artist Residency creates an opportunity for young artists to hone their skills, to experiment and to develop new work. International as well as local artists can apply for the Artist Residency.

Phi Long comes to NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam for the first time, and talks about painting and ideas for future projects.

NAME | Art Space OPEN for Residency Application

NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam open for artists from all over the world and Vietnamese artists to apply for residency from NOW and the residency can start from April 2012. We provide work space and accommodations.

If you want to contribute to our projects in any ways, we now have several:

1. Traditional Vietnamese lacquer workshop (Vietnamese and international artists will exchange techniques and work together on lacquer materials and other materials)

2. Bilingual multimedia poetry collection (a combination between print, audio, video/sound/music so a poem can have more than one version and can be distributed to more people online)

3. Art 4 Locals which will start with 1 2 3 drawing classes for KIDS at Sui Village, where NAME | Art Space is located.

AND, If you have your own idea to work with Vietnamese artists and/or you want to go to Vietnam to live and work, feel free to contact us and we will send our Residency Guidelines to you.

Simply send an email to nameartspace@gmail.com cc vuongngoc.bts@gmail.com with the email subject "Residency Guidelines Request" and some brief introduction about you, your work, and why would you like to go to Vietnam to work... and how NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam would be of any help to your work/project... and sure, anything else you want to add...

TIẾNG VIỆT

NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam bắt đầu nhận đăng ký lưu trú cho nghệ sĩ từ khắp nơi trên thế giới và các nghệ sĩ Việt Nam và việc lưu trú có thể bắt đầu từ Tháng tư năm 2012. Chúng tôi cung cấp không gian làm việc và cả chỗ ở cho nghệ sỹ.

Nếu bạn muốn đóng góp cho các dự án của chúng tôi bằng bất kỳ cách nào, chúng tôi đang thực hiện một số dự án sau:

1. Khóa trao đổi về kỹ thuật sơn mài truyền thống Việt Nam (nghệ sĩ Việt Nam và quốc tế sẽ trao đổi kỹ thuật và làm việc cùng nhau trên các chất liệu sơn mài và các chất liệu khác)

2. Bộ sưu tập thơ đa phương tiện (một sự kết hợp giữa bản in, bản ghi âm bài thơ, bản video/âm thanh/âm nhạc để một bài thơ có nhiều hơn một phiên bản và đến được với nhiều người đọc hơn, đặc biẹt là những người khiếm thị, khiếm thính qua việc xuất bản trực tuyến)

3. "Nghệ thuật cho Người dân địa phương" sẽ bắt đầu với các lớp học vẽ 1 2 3 cho trẻ em làng Sủi, địa phương nơi NAME | Art Space đang hoạt động.

VÀ, Nếu bạn có một ý tưởng/dự án của riêng bạn để cùng làm việc với các nghệ sĩ quốc tế và/hoặc bạn muốn đến Hà Nội để sống và làm việc, hãy liên hệ với chúng tôi và chúng tôi sẽ gửi bản Hướng dẫn lưu trú cho bạn.

Đơn giản chỉ cần gửi một email tới nameartspace@gmail.com cc vuongngoc.bts@gmail.com với chủ đề "Yêu cầu gửi Hướng dẫn lưu trú" và một số giới thiệu ngắn gọn về bạn, công việc của bạn, và tại sao bạn muốn đến Hà Nội để làm việc và NAME | Art Space - Artist Residency - Vietnam có thể giúp đỡ gì cho công việc/dự án của bạn... và bất cứ điều gì khác mà bạn muốn viết ...
